I approach each individual as unique, with a unique set of personal experiences, feelings, thoughts, beliefs and behaviour.
I work to a Humanistic Integrative philosophy. I fuse this with Psychodynamic approach and CBT. When you feel overwhelmed by events and stress you may have difficulty gaining perspective. I will help you to gain clarity in situations such as:
Stress, relationships, bereavement, addictions and personal development etc. I will assist you to access and harness your own ability to heal so that you can continue to improve without the need for further therapy.
